Managing digital menus across multiple…
Managing digital menus across multiple stores used to be a time-consuming task for us, but DotSignage has made it incredibly straightforward. We currently use it in all five of our locations, and one of the biggest advantages is how quickly we can roll out menu changes. A single update is pushed to every store, eliminating the need to make changes individually and ensuring our branding stays consistent everywhere. The automated scheduling feature has also been a huge help. Our breakfast and lunch menus transition automatically at the right times, so staff never have to worry about manually switching screens. After using the platform for several years, we've found it to be reliable, easy for our team to manage, and reasonably priced. Whenever we've had questions or needed assistance, the support team has been responsive and helpful. Overall, DotSignage has reduced the effort involved in menu management while helping us maintain a consistent customer experience across all locations.
