I've always had great experiences on DOTmed, and I've purchased many things. I wrote to them before I started using the site and asked them about the negative reviews posted here, and they explained that they're all disgruntled sellers who have been removed from the platform.

Terrible web site. They Allow any user post false claims on anyone they want without checking facts. Lot of bogus posts and trashy forums .

Unresponsive seller, they immediately removed page with info, have to super careful and save everything as you go along in your transaction.

I had a terrible experience purchasing medical devices from DotMed.com. Not only did they send me the wrong items, but when I tried to resolve the issue, they refused to accept any returns or offer a refund. To make matters worse, their response was completely unprofessional—they sent me threatening emails and letters instead of addressing the problem. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when dealing with medical devices that people rely on for their health and safety. I would strongly advise others to think twice before doing business with this company.
