These guy's are a Scam. They don't do anything but exactly what you can do for much less On-line in 5 minutes.

Truckers! Spam their emails. As soon as you get your USDOT numbers they come spamming. You can do all this compliance work your self through the FMCSA website for free. A UCR for 0-2 units is $59.00.....as another individual has said. You only have to do this every 2 years, they make it seem it is urgent and you must do it now. Treat them like any salesman that comes knocking on your door, shut the door. I would laugh at their emails because I know better, but feel for the gullible. It must work, they are still in business. Who wouldn't just do it themselves. Do you pay someone to renew your drivers license, no, you do it yourself. I think a class action suit would be interesting to research regarding DOT Compliance Group LLC.

DOT Compliance group is a scam company that tricks naive business people into paying a huge sum of money to do work you can do for free on-line. DO NOT give this company any personal business information. They often use a very unethical tactic of telling you that your permit is "overdue" in order to deceive people. People who use this company got TRICKED. Don't be stupid.

No one in this company has a background in DOT or the trucking industry. They will attempt to convince you your in some kind of trouble and can be fined. It’s a BS sales pitch. You can do all this compliance work your self through the FMCSA website for free. A UCR for 0-2 units is $59.00. They will tell you $199.00. Run from these guys as fast as you can if they come calling.

DOT Compliance Group is just another scam company. They sent me a letter saying my MCS-150 was overdue. It’s not. I renewed in October like I was supposed to. I did it online myself. It was free and a fairly simple process. I even went to FMCSA’s Safer website and checked to see if it was done correctly. It was. When I called DOT Compliance they said my renewal was over due and they wanted $149 to file for me. He assured me his computer said it was overdue. FMCSA’s website said it was OK. Watch out for this company. They may not be dishonest. They may just be ignorant or have bad information. Either way is not very good as far as I’m concerned. This is just a warning to be aware this company or better yet find another one.

They call acting like they're DOT and we are not compliant. A gentleman n was very unprofessional and hung up on me when I called him on facts. When I tried to call him back he blocked my number. I would avoid this company, their 5 Star reviews are obviously fake if you read the 1 star reviews you see the truth.

Scam Artists!! .. They called me up at 7:39 PM Monday claiming they were from the DOT Compliance Group advising I needed something from them as required by the DOT. I said fine send me something on FMCA letterhead and I’ll respond. I was on multiple lines at the same time and they couldn’t respond to a single direct question regarding exactly what I was missing that was required. I am missing nothing.

The 2018 Part 382 Drug and Alcohol Testing info on their website is incorrect as per USDOT-FMCSA 49 CFR. The prices posted for Drug & Alcohol tests are higher than the norm. $50-$60/$25-$35 is the range respectively. The best D&A test result turn-around time is 24-48 hours, unless an issue resulted and caused a delay. Issues such as a verified positive or dilute urine specimen. It does not matter if the Certified Lab is in or out-of-state. FEDEX & email make it possible. I visited their website today, 12/21/2018, and the information posted is still incorrect. For example: their home page & FAQ page lists it is MANDATORY to register with a consortium. No FMCSA federal regulation mandates this. Home page posting: The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) mandates that all CDL drivers with a vehicle gross weight of 26,001 pounds or more, to register with a Drug and Alcohol Consortium. The company’s website continues to demonstrate errors in mandatory testing percentages, frequency of testing and time restraints for random testing. Other competitors charge lower fees (up to a $100 less) to sign up a company or individual (owner/operator). Competitors also have lower fees for Drug and Alcohol tests which would save an estimated up to $44 per test. DOT Compliance Group is improperly performing USDOT-FMCSA testing contrary to 49 CFR, Part 382 and/or Part 40. The motor carrier or owner/operator is ultimately responsible with ensuring the Consortium they select is preforming testing functions as per 49 CFR. I cannot honestly recommend any trucking company use their services.
