i haven’t gotten my package yet nor a update i ordered my tracks on august 6 and last time i got a update was on august 13 please do better

I haven’t got my shoes

I order products from them on the 30th havent received any qc photos no updates and constant no answers i try to contact costumer suport they never respond.

Order shoes on 7/3/25 and never received, they don't respond as well

Received 1 of 2 pair of shoes7/16/2025. 2nd pair after taking my money said they are sold out and has yet to send replacement or refund 8/11/2025. Only responed on Instagram but no other contact.

I bought 2 Jordan5s and my bank said fraud and if u want screenshots I can show I need a refund or ship them out to me please let me know.

It’s been 1 week I go to log into their app and my acc has been removed spent around $500 usd on shoes + shipping and not a single notification from them saying they’ve been shipped or any kind of contact

Its been 2 weeks still haven’t gotten a qc , nor has it shipped
