This product is awesome!!! I’m 49 years old a former wrestler and wrestling coach. I’m getting back into shape and training with these bands makes it fun . I got myself the heavy Dopa. It’s solid not a hollow tube … This is a top quality product that is going to last a long time.

My Dopa Bands came in yesterday. I love them. My 5 Years Old Son also loves them too. Thanks for this device. The Dopa Bands are good for Cardio and Strength Training.
