I was just able to get my first workout…awesome
I was just able to get my first workout in. The bands are awesome. The resistance for the middle and heavy are really good. I may have to buy a lighter one.

I love the bands
I love the bands, however there should be more full workouts in the videos. Starter workouts that are anywhere between 4 to 10 minutes and more advance workouts. The bands have really challenged me and I have included them in my Daily workouts.

So far we’re loving them
So far we’re loving them. Got a set for my son, wife, and myself. We’ve incorporated this into our training by adding some exercises or a wrestling round after BJJ or wrestling classes. We’ll be learning more about how to use it and keep adding to our training as we do.
