Serious Complaint Regarding Abusive Phone Call from Doo Prime
I wish to formally report a serious and unacceptable incident involving a person who contacted me from what appeared to be an official Doo Prime Dubai mobile number. I received the call while travelling with my children and family. After confirming my name, the caller did not introduce himself or explain the reason for the call. He instead started shouting and using extremely abusive and vulgar language, including offensive remarks against my mother, sister and other female members of my family. My entire family was shocked and distressed. I have been working in the forex industry for many years and understand that disagreements can happen. However, no professional organisation should tolerate such disrespectful and abusive communication. I request the relevant forex regulators and legal authorities to take note of this incident and, if appropriate, investigate the identity of the caller, the telephone number used, and the conduct during the call. I am ready to provide the call details, telephone number, date and time, and any other evidence required for investigation. I am raising this complaint because no customer or member of the public should be subjected to such behaviour. I request that this matter be taken seriously and appropriate action be considered.
