Dear Alex, Thank you for your review and for being a returning customer. We sincerely apologize for the confusion and the delay you experienced with your recent orders, particularly during our operational disruption related to moving. We want to clearly address the core issue regarding the 37M transaction: First Order (37M): We show clear evidence, including the in-game screenshot provided to you (and others) in our chat log, that the $37M was paid to your account on September 27, 2025, at 7:06 PM. The in-game transaction was delivered successfully on our end, regardless of whether you were online at that exact moment. Since the transaction shows as successful in the game's log, we cannot issue a second refund or resend for the initial purchase without verifiable proof that the first payment was not received (such as a transaction history log that shows the payment failing to register on your account). Second Order (19M): As you confirmed, the second 19M order was successfully delivered and received on September 28, 2025, at 5:52 PM. Our records show that both orders were successfully fulfilled and delivered to your in-game account, though we were delayed in getting the second delivery to you. We understand your frustration regarding the first 37M payment. While our public reply cannot contain images, we are happy to send all evidence (including the in-game log showing the 37M payment delivered to Exc tr1xy) via a private support channel to give you complete transparency. Please reach out to our dedicated support team in Discord so we can provide you with the full, timestamped evidence and walk you through how to verify the transaction on your end. We strive for 100% successful deliveries and regret that this specific issue has led to confusion. Sincerely, Zyhloh Donut World Team
