I just had the very worst Experience ever at Donnelly Kia in Nepean! We had a time set to view a used vehicle ! When we arrived the vehicle was dirty, it had food in it, the back seats were folded down and it was full of dirty tires! It was disgusting! Not only that they apologized over and over and said they were sorry and would clean the vehicle and get back to us! Tuesday the called and said it would be ready to look at on Wednesday! Wednesday they called and said the vehicle had been sold? From my experience I am very unpleased with Donnelly Kia Nepean and I will never go on their sales lot ever again!!!
