Waste of money
The owner’s name is Tina. She charges a $299 non-refundable fee upfront to work with her, but after receiving payment, communication becomes extremely difficult. Whenever I called, I was told she was already on another call. She would ask why I was calling and say she would call me back, but the follow-up communication was consistently poor. She also sent me to apartment properties that had no availability. Based on my experience, it did not seem like availability was being confirmed with the properties before I was sent there. I paid $299 expecting professional assistance, communication, and help finding an available apartment. Unfortunately, I did not receive the level of service I expected. For me, the $299 was a waste of money, and I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
