I paid over 100 USD for medals that my dog had earned. But they failed to post them to Ireland to me. I even gave them extra money for postage. They only gave me 30 USD refund saying that the had sent me .pdf certs via email and put my dogs name on their "website", but this is not what I paid for. My main reason for paying was to receive the physical medals. I paid for 3 products that included medals. They then ignored my emails asking for request for a full refund, as I did not receive a full product. When you pay for a product online you should receive what you pay for. I have worked for many large IT companies in both markeing and software developement roles, and I have also built and run my own websites, and this is not how you should treat your customers!!
