They are always helpful and professional.

This is my first experience with HomeLock and it was great to see that they are on the job. I was notified of an alert and when I checked into it, the online representative was very helpful in helping me to understand what the alert was and what action I needed to take. Very impressive.

The customer service rep was great. Answered my questions clearly and simply.

You went into detail about your whole program.

Got alert message, called and was graciously help and guided by agent, thanks for the assurance, that we have nothing to worry about. We appreciated

quick response and informative explanation by representative.

Someone came on fast for me. I was concerned about an alert that my husband got on his email, but thinking it was a scam. It was! I was given answers to all my questions and I appreciate it, with the peace of mind. Thank you!

The service is great. They do well at keeping up on your information. And send alerts when needed so you never have to worry.
