Great customer service over the phone even all the from Sanford FL!

Wonderful, professional, personalized service. All are very attentive to my request. They not only hear, but listen with their hearts to my requests and the arrangements always come out with that heart felt touch (I request pictures) and they comply. Even out of town florist(s) respond with the same excellence of service. They even help with the wording on the card. I've been with Dolly's for several years, and I am grateful for their Kind service. Also their friendly reminders help a lot.

I used Dolly's on two separate occasions to send gift baskets, both times the recipients loved the baskets. Delivery was right on time and Mary Lee is so helpful and a joy to do business with. Good customer service still exists.
