Ships-a-Lot has been fantastic to work with. Customer service is exceptional and I appreciate how available Max is when there is something we need addressed. Dealing with so many moving parts there is always going to be hiccups but with the right team in place one is able work through those hiccups with ease. We are happy to have Ships-a-Lot as part of our team!

We are a premium skincare company and as such our customers expect a prompt and efficient service. Zach and his team are reliable, responsible and accurate. We could not dream of partnering with a better company. Thank you for being the best in class. We look forward to continue working together as both our companies grow. Choose Zach, you are in safe hands.

excellent, Zach and his team always take care of me!

Max and his team are awesome! So fast, helpful and courteous! Often times less than two minutes goes by before a response to a question, and there's nothing they can't resolve. Very grateful and appreciative!

The best fulfillment warehouse we have had in the US so far. Customer service is great and fast responding which means a lot to us. Pricing and options compared to other fulfillment warehouses are very reasonable too.

I can't speak highly enough about Max and the team at Ships-a-Lot. They are always there to assist, every call is answered or returned promptly. They provide a level of personal care and attention to detail in their customer service that is rarely found today. They are simply the BEST!

We absolutely love working with Ships-a-Lot. Their communication is amazing, they are always extremely organized and willing to help with an issue that may arise. We struggled to find a good warehouse, but since working with Ships-a-lot, it been a game-changer. We can't speak highly enough of them.

Incredible partners to work with. We have an ecommerce business that scales greatly during the holiday season and whether it's high volume or low volume Zach and his team maintain extremely on point communication and service. If we need something handled Zach keeps himself available and is fast to respond, he makes sure any request is handled for us as quickly as possible. Since we have been working with the team at Ships-a-Lot our fulfillment process has been very streamlined and it is rare for issues to pop up even when we have hundreds of orders in the pipeline. Extremely happy to have found Ships-a-Lot. We're looking forward to continuing our work with Zach and his team!
