I was traveling from London to India after 3 days layover, while getting boarding pass on airport we found out we didn’t carry our kid E-visa passport. What to do no passport and not in our country! Also I have my son’s function on 2nd day we thought I am gone a miss it. But my husband contact to Documitra through our agent (Anvit) and they helps us like super charger. I took the option of premium OCI card service. I would highly recommend. It is easy to communicate with team member through WhatsApp. OCI requirements were very confusing and strict with no proper communication from VFS side. So, I got Documitra help and it is easy to use and upload all needed documents through their website. If there are any mistakes Documitra will catch and communicate with you to correct. Once all documents are reviewed, then they will finalize and upload on to VFS website and mail you hard copies for you to sign and mail. I was able to receive my OCI within 45days.
