Our small nonprofit (LACAFoundation.Org) has a 4-page quarterly newsletter for about 600 regular donors. DOCUcopies.com has great products, non-profit pricing, and service. Their website is easy to navigate and their turnaround for us is typically about 5 business days. Tip: If you send it on a Friday night through Sunday, it won't be seen until Monday so you still have the weekend to review your work (my experience). I have looked and searched for a better deal and, believe me, DOCUcopies.com is the best deal around. As such, we have been using them for the past 3 years and have not looked back. The price point is about $150 so get a mininum of 500 copies to get the optimal deal. For 600 copies we pay about $182 with free shipping (with our non-profit discount). Make the jump. These guys are great!

I ordered funeral programs three days before service they arrived on time. The quality made them a collector's item. Several scholars, fellow artists and archival institutions have requested a copy of the full color 8 page program at a cost of less than $1.00 each a true bargain. Even with expedited shipping a real bargain.

I have been using them for years and their quality and service only continues to improve, if that is possible.

I can't say enough good about them as a company. They are exactly what we need more of. It is not too much to ask for quality, thoughtful, and well communicated customer service. These guys understand that. I am probably in their lowest % of per person transaction $ I make one or at most 2 orders a year. The only time i have had a problem ever it was resolved so gracefully that I am taking time to write a review to say thank you! (something i very rarely do!) so.. Thank you Lynn!

We have been using DocuCopies.com for at least five years for our color and larger publications: catalogues, tri-fold brochures, postcards. Ordering is super easy and we are always happy with the result. The first couple of years we continued to compare prices with local companies and other websites, but DocuCopies was always the best, so we don't waste our time checking anymore. Customer service reps are friendly and professional and know what they're talking about. They've never made us a promise the company didn't keep. We recommend DocuCopies with no reservations whatsoever!

I am SO thankful I came across DocuCopies when looking for a printer for my new book. When pricing it out I was very concerned due to the quotes I was receiving from various companies. But when I found DocuCopies their quote was practical and doable. I was leery though because the price was almost half of what everyone else was going to charge me. My apprehension almost caused me not to submit my order. However, if you are considering DocuCopies as your printer, do not hesitate. The quality of their printing is outstanding and their customer service is just as wonderful. I have now placed three different orders and I'm very very pleased. From start to finish, ordering 30 booklets was really easy. Along the way I made some mistakes in exporting to PDF my design to be printed. They found and assisted me with all of these errors I had. Kara E. emailed me to let me know about urgent issues that would hold shipping the product and so this helped me identify problems quickly so we could be on track to get the finished products in my organization's hands as soon as possible. They worked fast too, with excellent advice to reduce the price of my order. I would recommend this to anyone looking for prints that look great, is to spec and with human customer service that exceeds what you could ever ask for in a company. There are companies that would print whatever you sent them without a care for accuracy in production, just trying to make money. I didn't get that vibe from DocuCopies and their staff. I would give the service a 5/5!
