Doesn’t listen to client
Specifically asked for no text messages since I had a previous breach. Cristina failed to listen. I asked twice. On day of consult had not realized office address had changed since they text messaged me apparently the day before. I ended up going to the wrong address and when I called to see where the offices were Cristina began to argue with me. So I went to the new offices and my trust was fractured. There were apologies by Cristina just the arrogance of arguing. The office manager and receptionist were pleasant and that’s where I give the one star. Summary: the client is not important here. It appears to be for online image. Not for a mature sophisticated client. Go elsewhere.
