Scary site that spreads lies and…
Scary site that spreads lies and untruths about health. Please do not believe a word that is said on this site. It is absolutely not true that "vegetable oils is likely responsible for the dramatic spike in chronic inflammatory diseases including heart disease, cancer, and diabetes" and that "animal fat is likely the single healthiest and most beneficial nutrient in the human diet" is the biggest lie ever. If this man practice medicine with the same lack of knowledge as he has in nutrition, I urge you to stay away from him!
