She answered all my questions and concerns quickly and in a way that was totally relatable, easily understood and professional. If she didn’t have an answer, she took the time and effort to do the necessary to get me an answer. I’ve only just begun my journey but feel like any ongoing concerns will be taken care of as quickly as possible.
