Seriously, I didn't know a company could be this bad. The work environment is too stressful because management seems to not know which expectations are realistic and which are not. To top it off, they don't even acknowledge employees, and they like to say condescending things instead of encouraging employees. It's like belittling others is their actual job and not managing.
