They delivered what the system wouldn't — and kept my family's future secure
I came to DNExpress after a long, exhausting road. I'd been trying to get my Mexican nationality recognized through the consulate for a long time, and kept hitting a wall — denials, shifting requirements, and no clear path forward, even after I'd done everything asked of me. I was ready to give up. But this was never just paperwork for me. My wife's U.S. citizenship is still pending, and the truth is none of us know for certain what the future holds. Securing my own Mexican nationality was how I made sure that whatever happens, my family stays together — that we always have a country we can call home, all of us, side by side. That's what was really on the line. DNExpress took the case on and found the route that actually worked. Mine was not a simple case, and the rules themselves seemed to shift under our feet more than once — but every single time the ground moved, they adapted and kept trying to help me the best way they possibly could. Were there hiccups along the way? Of course. But through all of it, I never once doubted that they genuinely cared about me as a client and about getting this right. That kind of care is rare, and you feel it. I'll be honest — my case involved so many follow-up calls that several of their staff now know me by name. I don't know if that's a good thing or not. 😆 To the team reading this: lo siento for all the calls! But please know I saw every bit of the effort and care you poured into my case, and I'm more grateful than I can say. The result speaks for itself: my Mexican birth certificate arrived in the mail, and I'm now officially a dual citizen — something years of trying through official channels could never produce. For anyone with more than a document on the line, for anyone fighting to protect the people they love, these are the people who can get it across the finish line. To the whole DNExpress team, from the bottom of my heart — gracias.
