Total nightmare
Total nightmare working with these people. I made a big mistake hiring them. I wanted a nice custom web design for an artist website with an online store. They did not follow the instructions I gave for the web design and gave me an attitude when I pointed out omissions, very important pictures and elements of the merchandise presentation (they did not have size options for the T shirts I had for sale and he never fixed that). All they wanted to do was sell me marketing I did not want, sending me invoices for things I did not ask for. Eventually I had to make the decision that I no longer wanted to work with the and when I told Joe, he wanted to charge me $650 to transfer the website files to my new designer, holding my website hostage because I realized I made a mistake hiring them. It's a simple drop and drag to transfer the website but Joe stubbornly insisted I had to pay to get out. He lowered his ransom to $250, and now he won't send the invoice and instead would rather keep holding my website hostage. These guys may be good for a roofing company or some very straightforward business website, but not for an artist website. They were terrible to deal with and they are still makinge pay for my mistake of hiring them.
