The worst customer service ever! They don't care about the customers, they get your money and that's it! I bought 2 pairs of jeans from outside US and they delivered ONE month after the order was placed! I asked for a refund but that said that I should pay the return fees, although they delivered with such a big delay! I will never buy from this company ever again!

Terrible jeans, and terrible company. This very overprice poor quality jeans fabric split apart on the back side. These Jean were too big for me so it wasn’t that I was putting any pressure on the seams. The fabric split and made a 6 in tear down the back of my jeans. When I sent the photos of my jeans to the company they refused to replace them because I received them as a gift. Zero stars for quality and zero stars for customer service! Don’t spend your money on these jeans.

DL1961 is hands down one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. Their products are wildly overpriced for what you get — the quality is mediocre at best, and definitely not worth the premium price tag. They market themselves as a high-end denim brand, but the reality is far from it. I ordered three pairs of jeans from the UK. Two of them didn’t fit at all (way too big), so I contacted customer service immediately to request a return or at least an exchange. Their response? All international sales are final. No exceptions. No empathy. No flexibility. Just a generic, dismissive reply that clearly showed they do not care about customer satisfaction, especially from international buyers. I paid £215 per pair — full price, no discount — and I’m stuck with jeans I can’t even wear. Most reputable brands offer returns or at the very least exchanges for sizing issues. Not DL1961. Their policies are ridiculous, and their customer service is cold and unhelpful. It feels like a scam. If you’re not based in the US, do not make the mistake of ordering from them. They do not stand behind their products, and they certainly do not value international customers. Worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. Shameful business practices.

Customer service was not good at all..!! Sent me defected pant and claimed they said it is just wrong size of pant. It was not my first pant from them. If you took off tag or washed then you can not get any refund or exchange even though item is defected

I had the most horrible experience ordering from DL1961 from London. First of all the quality is average or below average, if you consider the price it is a bit of a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM OUTSIDE THE US. I Ordered 3 pair of jeans of which 2 did not fit (too big), I therefore emailed customer service asking if I could return or at least exchange the two pairs that I could not wear and they informed me all international sales are final. Usually brands allow for at least exchanges especially when items purchased are not on sales (not on sale at all, at 215£ for a pair of jeans) and whatever the silly policy up and coming brands usually are farsighted enough to understand basic concept like wrong sizing and would try not to alienate international customers. WORSE ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER>

The best jeans you can actually buy and it doesn't matter are you a man or woman anyway. Care to prove me otherwise? Please do, but also post some ratings about that matter please. How else we can compete with them? I do need your voice here.
