After emailing them to cancel my order (which never shipped), they responded with "we have escalated your request" Never got my refund and the company ignored my emails after that They robbed me of $500 Would not recommend this company

They seem to have ghosted me since mid-December. I've sent emails but no reply. I understand there can be holidays affecting things, but there is no messaging around that and they're not responding for three weeks feels pretty bad. I'll update if I ever get a refund or my product.

I placed an order with them that I later (a few hours later) realised wasn't quite appropriate for my project. I replied asking to cancel the order, but they very quickly and politely cancelled it. So, I can't speak to the project, but that's a good sign!

The website claims shipment in 1-4 days yet a month later and I haven't heard a peep. I've reached out to their customer service FIVE TIMES .. with no response. Finally told them to cancel my order and issue a refund but I doubt I'll hear anything about that either so I'll have to dispute the charges w/my credit card company. What a horrible experience. Are they even a real company?
