If i could use zero stars i would! They had no problem taking my order and processing my CC then nothing but crickets for the last 3 months They should be arrested and removed from doing any business anywhere! SCAM. SCAM. SCAM

Ordered parts 4/26/2023, CC charged 27th, no parts even after 3 calls to resolve. After contacting VISA to report fraud parts show up today 5/9/2023. FLAT AWFUL COMPANY, WEB SITE DIDN'T WORK SO I HAD TO CALL THE ORDER IN. Awful ..avoid like a STD.

After waiting for 3 months with no communications other than next week for sure when I called in (3 times) I am solving the problem with placing a claim with my VISA company to recoup my funds. I placed the same order with the competition and received the same item in one week. Best to move on and save your time for a better choice of companies to work with. I chose the B**guys and will order my complete new outdoor kitchen with them.

I ordered my unit in January knowing it may take 2 months to get. When I called a few months later, rep said someone forgot to submit order on their end. Finally, a courier delivered it. Unfortunately, I was out of town and nobody called me to notify me of expected delivery. It was also left in the street, not porch or driveway per the picture the rep provided. I contacted DIYBBQ and they are saying, it was delivered. That's all they can do. I feel that is not good business practice. I would not order from this company again. It is a horrible experience.

If you order from this company, you better pray you don’t have to deal with any customer service issues. It appears the owner, Daniel, has anger issues and has no respect at all for his customers. I can’t imagine how he treats his staff. On February 2, 2021, I placed on order for two 6ft outdoor kitchen island frames and several cut out kits. About 10 days later my order arrived with several parts missing including 2 frame braces. On February 13, 2021 I sent an email to DIYBBQ informing them of the missing parts and requesting replacement parts. I received no reply, no confirmation of receipt. I then called their 800 number and spoke to a very nice you lady who told me that the email on the website goes directly to the owner and he hardly looks at the emails so she asked me to send the email directly to her and she would get the parts out to me. And so I waited. After not receiving replies to my various emails and not receiving the missing parts, I again emailed DIYBBQ requesting the missing parts and even offering to pay for expedited shipment. In the last email I sent, I used the email chain that started with my original order and continued through all the requests for the missing parts. This time I finally received a response from what I know understand was the Owner, Daniel. His response? “What 2 braces are you referring to?” I was shocked. First of all, all the information was right there in the email chain, from the original order, to the pictures of the frame that arrived, to the missing parts. I replied, “Excuse me? The 2 braces that were missing from my order. The ones I called about and was told they were mailed out and I should have them in 2 days. That was last Monday and they still haven’t arrived.” Again, I received no reply so I sent an email threating to file a dispute through my payment company. The next day I called about my parts again and a very nice lady was attempting to help me when Daniel took the phone and in an extremely angry torn told me, “You know what? You want to file disputes, then send me back my frames. You want to be a tough guy and file disputes? You could have had a beautiful kitchen at a great price but now you can pay someone $20k to build it for you, how does that sound tough guy?” I was shocked and speechless. I could not believe he was speaking to a customer this way and upset because of an issue they created and made worse by not following through and making it right. I won’t go into everything that Daniel said to me but I grew up in New York and he reminded me of some the characters in knew in Brooklyn, it was truly surreal. In short, Daniel is making me send back the frame kits I ordered, and at my request, he cancelled another pending order I had placed with them. The sad part of all this is that their frames are a really great solution to a DIY outdoor kitchen and actually a lot of fun to put together. The the customer service and the owner are totally on another level horrible. I can’t image working for this man. Since my phone call with Daniel I have since researched his company and found a string of bad reviews, mostly all related to Daniel himself and/or the customer service DIYBBQ provides. Bottom line, great product but you better hope everything arrives as it should because if you have to deal with any customer service issues, your experience will go south very, very quickly. P.S. There were other parts missing from my shipment, specifically, 3 metal studs but I discovered these missing after I had already requested the missing braces so I was going to buy these parts locally to not deal with DIYBBQ. Also, I had sent DIYBBQ my outdoor kitchen configuration and equipment list for them to recommend the frames I would need. They recommended two 2 ft frames modules, WRONG? You can’t fit a 40ft Lion Grill and a Lion 2 burner drop in on a 6ft frame. Like is said, products are good, company is very bad. They really don’t know what they are doing.

stay away!!!!! they will lie to you and tell you an item is in stock and sting you along for weeks before they balme the supplier and they claim they were lied to by the supllier. read all the reviews. they are the worst!

Aug 9th I order $1100 in modular kits that said would ship in 1 to 2 days. I called aug 12th to confirm date. They said we're running 2 weeks behind and everything should ship by freight By August 21st. So I called my carpenter and scheduled August 31st which gave 5 days for frieght shipping. Called Aug 17th to confirm Friday August 21st ship date. They said would receive tracking number when shipped. So Saturday called and woman said the system does not show it shipped but will call u back Monday. At 2om never heard from and called and talk w Shawn and he promised would ship by Tuesday. Called Tuesday and said ship Wednesday. Now lost my carpenter and he is now not available for 3 weeks. All I wanted was is the real day so I can schedule my carpenter. Do not believe anything from this company. The last sales rep stated the we have no control over the warehouse and they give other orders priorities..... Not good business practices

This is a horrible company. I placed an order over a month ago and never heard from them so I placed an order with another reputable company BBG Guys. There is a difference with online retailers who own product and "dealer" who own nothing, but take your money and send orders in to the manufacturer. They provide no service. They provide no added value and they hurt the real distributor that actually cares about the customer. When I received a tracking number I was surprised so I called in and talked to the owner who has to be one of the worst people I have dealt with. Just to me clear...they took my money over a month ago, never sent ANY update that the item was back ordered and when I call to cancel, this idiot yells at me and tells me he knows how to gain the system with the credit card processor and I I will be charged a restock fee if I cancel. So...I will gladly keep this item for the sole reason of having the opportunity of telling this story to everyone I can. I want to make sure that any potential customers are aware that DIY BBQ does not have a "real business". They take your order and money...then go out and buy t when and if they can get it shipped, you will receive it. You are better off doing business with a real company that actually has a location, owns inventory and has real customer service staff that care about their customers. This is also a call out to all manufacturers to let you know the importance of dealing with a "real company" Note to DIY BBW - Enjoy the money you made from me! #LionBBQ #BBQGuys
