If I could give zero stars, I would! Order placed 5 months ago. Still haven't received the largest part of it. They rarely answer the phones. Won't respond to messages. Terrible customer service and follow through.

Never shipped my order. Won't respond to my emails. Won't answer the phone. Charged my account without providing product. Been trying to get a refund for over a month. Company will not respond. Thieves. Do not buy from these guys.

Ordered an oxygen mask. Shipping was estimated 2 days. 10 days later, order update says, awaiting fulfillment. Called customer service, had to leave voice mail, no one returned call.

I would rate lower if I could, and I’ll happily take this down once the company replies. I have been reaching out by phone and email since the 27th. I have yet to have one reply, or one returned phone call. They will avoid you and just kinda hope you go away. No problem, I’ll make a fraud report. I get holiday hours, I also dont understand how it says you’re closed on September 25th when it’s January.

They take an order, no confirmation email, nothing. When we call to check on the status of the order, the woman who answered the phone tell us with an attitude that the order was cancelled! Probably I interrupted her while she was doing her nails! Just stay away from these bottom feeders!
