You may be able to afford a real attorney after all
Denise's Family Law And Divorce Document Assistance 925.229.5460 1215 Pine St., Martinez, CA 94553 We went to Denise's Family Law And Divorce Document Assistance to get a divorce. She is an inexpensive way to get help going through the complicated and lengthy divorce process. Denise appeared very calm, trusting, and knowledgeable. Denise had detailed information about how she and her daughter would go through the process for us. She made us feel very comfortable and able to take care of what we wanted completed. We were relieved to be able to get our divorce completed quickly and easily. After we finished signing the divorce paperwork, Denise informed us of her settlement agreement service. We let Denise know we did not want anything from each other; but, we thought it would be nice to be more careful, rather than less. After talking with Denise about her divorce settlement service, the two of us were excited. Denise informed us she was not an attorney; however, she had experience with Divorce Settlements and could complete the Divorce Settlement paperwork and submit them with our divorce papers for us. All we would need to do is go to a notary she often used nearby to get the settlement agreement notarized and we could get the process completed very quickly, all in the same day. We agreed and she had us sign a document relieving her of any responsibility on her part. Both of us signed Denise’s release forms. She must have had the settlement agreement written up already because it seemed like she just changed the names and printed it out. We both read it. The settlement agreement she wrote up for us was completely one sided. One person would get everything and the other, nothing. Not being legally savvy, we both decided to pass on the settlement agreement. Denise is very nice, but we both agreed she may have an axe to grind. Go to her at your own risk and for heaven’s sake, read every word before signing anything or you may lose everything. If we ever need to get divorce papers completed or have a friend who needs to go through the process, it is unlikely we will recommend Denise's Family Law And Divorce Document Assistance. Thank you Lilly
