Unscrupulous - AVOID!!!
My Palau Sport cancelled on me nine days before the planned departure. They initially tried to force me to choose alternative trips instead and suggested I contact my insurer for reimbursement. When the weather forecasts improved, they then "uncancelled", at which point they discovered that few passengers were remaining. So, they cancelled again a few days later. To add insult to injury they also chose to lie about the reasons for the second cancellation, claiming it was due to adverse weather conditions. Which I know was a lie because I had made alternative arrangements and ended up in the area where we were meant to go, where the conditions were wonderful, and where I also saw other liveaboards operate without issues. While I eventually ended up getting reimbursement, I'm not sure I would have been so lucky if I hadn't booked via Liveaboard.com. In short, if the above sounds like your idea of a good holiday, and if you really enjoy dishonesty, then go ahead and book yourself on MyPalauSport. But even then, I would only proceed via an intermediary and I'd make sure I have solid cancellation insurance in place...
