Order never received (2 month) . Scam or very poorly operated company . Never use , search for product and buy from someone else .

I never received my order. For two months I emailed them on almost a daily basis. They sent a delivery tracking number with no possibility of contact. Later they claimed the shipment was returned and reshipped. They ignored all my requests to submit details of local delivery company or to fix a deadline date after which they will concede that the order is not arriving and will refund payment. All they repeat is it's to late to cancel order and wait patiently for arrival. For how long - 6 months, a year a lifetime? who knows? Without real customer support it must be a scam.

The customer service is terrible. I placed an order as the ad said it was delivered within 3-5 days. I never received an order confirmation or any tracking information. The only thing this company did was collect my money. I sent numerous emails requesting an order number or tracking information but nothing was ever received. It has now been 15 days and still nothing. This company is a total scam.

Scam -3 star My invoice was one price yet they billed me a higher amount. I cannot cancel my order nor do they have customer service number to call. Now they are saying there’s a problem with delivery.

I bought 2 jars of peel off mask. Product is nothing like advertised. Such a thin liquid that has to be washed off. Also seal was breached. Liquid mask has solidified in the center. Worse is customer service who are not willing to accept any responsibility or change/ replace order. Bottom line you are stuck with what you bought and spent money on. Buyers, beware of Instagram ads

Not worth even 1 star review. Purchased 2 jumpsuits. Nothing like what was advertised. Described as elasticated but no stretch in material whatsoever. No fastenings so no way of actually getting into them! Finally managed to get a return address from them after them telling me on 2 occasions to give them to others! Not sure if I trust them to refund if I return them so going to make a claim through PayPal .

BUYER BEWARE I saw an add on Instagram for a cool looking stretchy jumpsuit. I did my research and typed distinctl clothing into trust pilot. Google autocorrected this to distinct (minus L) clothing. Distinct clothing are a legitimate company with excellent reviews and I was redirected to this company without my knowledge. Clever trick on the part of DistinctL!! I purchased the jumpsuit and some yoga pants at a cost of €85 (not cheap) as the website pictures looked great and the reviews (on Distinct) were excellent. What arrived in the post was trash, nothing like the advertised product. I have contacted the company at shipping @24hservice.vip requesting their returns policy and address. They have refused to give a return address instead offering me $5 compensation and an offer to keep their product. PayPal facilitated the payment so I have informed them that they are facilitating a fraudulent company. Do not purchase from this company.
