Honestly I cant believe the amount of change I was able to see in not just my body but also my mind is just 12 weeks. I had a trainer before but Michael really gets personal and taught me how to stop doubting myself and helped me regain my confidence and build discipline. I feel like I can literally coach somebody after working with him! Strongly recommend. Don't waste time thinking about it. This is a game changer for real! I have my brother signing up to start in January as well. Amazing decision! not to mention he offer payment plans. I only paid $38 a month!!!

I've been working out with Disrobed Fitness for a few weeks so far an I'm already seeing results! And using the provided app makes working out easy and convenient. I just open the app, check the my workout for the day, and then I just do it. And the app keeps track of my workout results!

I honestly don't even know where to start. I always thought online training sounded so odd but it has been the best decision I made. for one Michael is an amazing trainer and he knows so much. Super helpful and supportive. I'm just a month in and I'm already feeling and looking better than ever. Helped me with mobility and already building muscle mass. On top of that he creates workouts to fit my personal schedule and has helped me build healthier eating habits and showed me how to properly stretch as well. I'm so happy I decided to give this a shot. If you are on the fence about online trainin i would strongly recommend going with disrobed fitness. It's 100 times better than in person training because the help and support goes way beyond just the gym. I'm excited for these nxt few weeks!!!

I can confidently say that joining Disrobed Fitness has been one of the best decisions of my life. Before starting The Vital Shift program, I struggled with consistency, lacked motivation, and felt overwhelmed by all the conflicting fitness advice out there. But from day one, Michael made the process simple, realistic, and most importantly effective. Michael isn’t just another online coach; he truly takes pride in what he does and genuinely cares about your success. He doesn’t just hand you a cookie-cutter plan and disappear.. he’s always there, going above and beyond to make sure you stay on track. Whether it’s answering questions, adjusting workouts to fit my schedule, or simply checking in to keep me accountable, he’s been an incredible support system. This isn’t just a fitness program… it’s a lifestyle shift that changed everything for me. I’ve lost weight, gained strength, and, more importantly, built the confidence I never thought I’d have. The best part? It fits into my busy life effortlessly. If you’re on the fence about joining, DO IT. Disrobed Fitness isn’t just another fitness program it’s a game-changer, and Michael is the real deal.
