I placed an order and it showed that was prepared to ship the same day. Was very impressed. Then a week later the package still showed that had not yet shipped and my order was canceled. No way to chat or call company to see what happened. I was issued a full refund.

Hookah does not come as shown on the website. I ordered the gold hookah that comes with the BLACK hose and they sent me a gold one that came with ORANGE hose. Which it doesn’t look good together. Emailed them twice about the issue and still have not heard back from anybody.

On 8-28-2024 I ordered 7 of the Jubi Peach Paradise vapes and only received 4. This company does not send you any sort of tracking information for your order. Also, I suggest to use a pre-paid card with this site. It could be a coincidence, but I had to cancel my check card the day after I ordered due to my card information being stolen.

I only received one out of two vapes that I ordered. I asked for the second vape to be sent and it was not. Shipping and handling was paid for two vapes and none refunded nor was product sent.
