I've relied upon the services of Discovery Italy since 2024. This year, I've had consistent demand for Sicily. In each of my bookings, Discovery adhered to a winning process: -They moved forward only after carefully determining what the client wants (e.g., itinerary, special client interests, accommodation level and cost expectations). -During the booking process, Discovery continually seeks travel advisor and client feedback -For departure, Discovery Italy prepares an exhaustive range of client questions (-with answers-) to reduce the client anxiety that sometimes occurs with customized tours. -Discovery Italy encourages client feedback about any issue during the tour. Upon return - working through the travel advisor - within 7-10 days client feedback is gathered and shared with Discovery Italy Clearly, Discovery Italy is not a "one and done" type of tour operator. Rather, it's committed to a "continuous improvement" approach. That greatly helps to ensure that my clients visiting Sicily and elsewhere in Italy are pleased. Discovery Italy does a fabulous job for my clients. Every client has raved about the services and support. One client had a life changing experience when her driver made an effort to find her relatives in a tiny town near Naples - she now has a family she never knew before.
