Wish I had checked here first. What a scam. Their return policy is terrible. I reached out before the 30 days. Got my label. Sent everything back. They said they received. Then later denied me any refund saying they received the box too late. Refused to do anything. Horrible company. Now I’m out all my money. And the product they “guaranteed “.

TréLuxe makes returns ridiculously difficult:
First of all, the company can not be found under the brand they sell, which should tell you something! TréLuxe. I bought their cleanser (they don't sell what they call shampoo), their conditioners (2), and their styling products (2. The first issue is that the cleanser doesn't clean my hair! That alone stops me from ever wanting to use their system. I tried it several times, and just gave up. Then today I remembered they had a guarantee. So I tried to find an order number. They don't leave an email trail! I tried everything and can't find an order number anywhere. I went to my browser history and found a URL, that no longer works, but still says checkout.
So I am out the money, out of clean hair, and totally disgusted that the company - seemingly deliberately- makes it impossible to return their products.

NOPE don't do it
I purchased TreLuxe products after seeing their marketing, which consistently portrayed results that appeared achievable for hair like mine. I have naturally wavy hair, and based on their advertising, I was given the impression these products would help enhance and define my waves into the curly look featured throughout their campaigns.
Instead, the products had the opposite effect. My hair looked and felt significantly worse for several days after use. The results were nowhere near what was represented in the marketing materials and left me disappointed with both the product performance and the overall customer experience.
While TreLuxe has agreed to accept a return, they are requiring me to pay return shipping costs. Their return policy states that return shipping fees may be waived when the issue results from company error. In my view, the error lies in how the products were marketed and the expectations that were created regarding the results consumers could reasonably expect.
Not only am I out the time spent researching, purchasing, trying, and now returning these products, but I also dealt with several days of undesirable results that I cannot undo. Requiring me to pay additional shipping costs to correct a problem that stemmed from misleading product representation feels unfair.

Product didn’t work and they don’t refund
Product was horrible for me. Made my hair super frizzy (opposite of what it was supposed to do).
I returned right away per their return policy. I have proof they received it, but I never received the refund. It is well past the window (14 business days from receipt of return) and the refund hasn’t posted. I have emailed multiple times and all I get is an AI response and no follow up. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

HORRIBLE customer service
I returned this product well BEFORE the return window. The product was not opened. I have proof they received the return. They have not have not provided my credit. And their customer service is all automated so you can’t even reach a human to complain and ask for an update. Horrible horrible experience. I would NEVER recommend this company.

Cancelled order and lied about why
I ordered three Curl Renew & Restore Cleansers and the next day they cancelled the order saying it was at "me request". I emailed them saying I did not cancel my order and they replied "Your order has been canceled and refunded as your purchase history is consistent with that of a reseller, which we do not condone unless you are a retailer with us."
I ordered three items. I never ordered from them before and had no previous purchase history. Three items is "consistent with that of a reseller?" I would never order from a shady company like this again.

Product claims are FALSE and they DO NOT stand behind their product / guarantee doesn’t exist!
I have naturally curly hair that tends to become frizzy once dry. I purchased TréLuxe products in good faith, but unfortunately, they did not meet my expectations. The product left my hair feeling crunchy and straw-like, making it difficult to separate the curls. I used my fingers to separate the curls but because the product was similar to glue it pulled a lot of hair out while doing this.
As a customer who values the company’s commitment to its products, I requested a refund. The company provided me with a shipping label via email for the return of the items. I visited our local UPS store, as I do not have a printer, and they printed a label for me. Additionally, the store accepts USPS packages for pick-up, so I left the package there.
I am a regular customer at this UPS and the owner recalls me bringing in four packages on March 26, 2026. Three of the packages successfully reached their destinations. However, the package TréLuxe provided the shipping label for did not arrive at the return destination.
To substantiate my claim, I emailed the label to the UPS store and took a screenshot of the package with the label attached. I also have the UPS receipt for the purchase of the label.
Upon realizing the excessive delay in my refund, I initiated contact with TréLuxe via email. I also attempted to track the package number, but it remained unreachable. Consequently, I contacted USPS twice, engaging in a nearly hour-long conversation both times with a representative to ascertain the potential causes of the package’s disappearance and to await their investigation. The representative informed me that many packages, similar to mine, are returned due to unpaid labels, which are subsequently removed from their system. I subsequently contacted TréLuxe multiple times, requesting confirmation of the package’s receipt. Ultimately, I conceded to the possibility of the package being lost in transit. My contact person, Nike, who was handling my claim, responded with a firm stance, stating that no package equates to no refund. I believe this company is financially struggling, as most companies would prioritize customer satisfaction and refund a customer their money, especially given the evidence of return I provided. I do not believe they offer any guarantees for their products providing unpaid labels to customers. I explained to Nike I’m a senior citizen and this was an expensive purchase for me. I sought to simplify my life by allowing my hair to naturally dry without using heat styling tools. However, I received no empathy, compassion, or any promise to work with me to avoid incurring an additional $80 loss for a product that failed to meet my expectations. I do not recommend their product, as it does not perform as advertised. It appears to be an ordinary moose that left my hair somewhat crunchy and straw-like. When I run my fingers through my hair to remove the straw appearance, it also removes most signs of a curl.
I do not recommend TréLuxe or their products. The bad reviews explains why they do not have a Facebook page.
