Payoneer has significantly increased its payment and withdrawal fees without clear prior notice. They are currently charging $90 for sending a payment and another $90 for withdrawing funds. On top of that, there is also an annual fee charged when receiving money. At this point, it feels like the unexpected fees are endless, and the pricing is becoming extremely difficult to justify. Their customer service has also been very disappointing. Responses are extremely slow, and I had to call and follow up every day for an entire week just to resolve a simple login issue. Overall, I would not recommend Payoneer. The high and unexpected fees, combined with the poor customer service, make it an unreliable option for receiving and withdrawing payments.

They are deducting money without any notification. The government of India should take action against them and throw these thieves out of India.

Live chat agents either disappear mid-conversation or repeat scripted lines without actually reading your issue. Escalations lead nowhere. Emails go unanswered. You feel completely powerless while your money is being held hostage. The platform markets itself as a solution for freelancers and international workers, but in reality it creates stress, delays, and financial uncertainty. If you rely on consistent income, Payoneer is a terrible choice. I strongly recommend avoiding Payoneer unless you enjoy fighting for access to your own money. One star is generous.

I received no justification, no way to access or withdraw my funds. Just a cold automated message saying the account is "permanently closed" and that nothing can be done. That’s not customer service – that’s theft. I’m currently taking legal action and filing complaints with the relevant authorities. A financial service acting like this, freezing clients' money with no transparency, is dangerous and unacceptable. There are plenty of better, more honest alternatives. Do not trust Payoneer. Do not put a single cent in their hands – you may never see it again.

absolute disgrace. been using payoneer for 5+ years. suddenly they closed the account with zero prior notice, I just could not login and that's it. now I need to update all shopify and amazon bank accounts, and they all ask to confirm which account number was used before. guess what? payoneer does not give access to my own data, not even the bank numbers I had. so now I can't even update the bank on all the marketplaces. never use this company for shopify, nor amazon, nor etsy, nor any platform unless you like losing funds. absolutely disgrace of a company, customer support is just on another level of ignorance. you ask one thing, they reply completely irrelevant. avoid avoid avoid
