I made a purchase on November 26 and I do not even receive the amount I requested and they do not give me an answer that lacks seriousness

Ive been contacting about 2 pair of airpods and no response.. they did a preshipment label but wont ship. Ive asked them to ship or refund and nothing.. SCAM!

Never gave me a refund after 2 months of multiple emails ended up leaving me on delivered scummy company.

They are using bot accounts to write reviews. This company is a total scam. They’re also deleting and flagging the reviews saying such. ANSWER THE PHONE???? OR MY EMAIL???? I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!! Terrible customer service! I never received a confirmation email.. The invoice doesn’t even show an estimated date to be shipped/delivered the way EVERY COMPANY DOES! Nobody answers around here! I want a refund! I have to write a review because that seems to get your guys attention.

Total scam company. Never sent the AirPods I ordered, then threatened ME and blocked my email when trying to get my merchandise. Reported to police.

I have tried contacting the company... They have not reached out but more then willing to accept payment for airpods. I am wanting a refund and go purchase some where else. Not communicating or posting any progress with the shipment has made me wary of the company... only responded when I left a review not to the email i sent the company asking for additional information. reached out saying it has been refunded but still nothing...

It took almost a week to process my order. It wasn’t until I emailed this circus act that my order was “starting progress”. I was very confused, I never made threats towards them & they STILL cancelled my order & claimed I did like the email thread isn’t always available to see & screenshot. They also made threats towards me which was beyond the most idiotic thing you can do. As far as I’m concerned, this website is a scam & I will be reporting everything to the correct agencies. If my cancelled order does not show a refund in my account in the next 12 hours, this entire website will come down. Take a good look at this review & remember that you DON’T mess with people who just want their things delivered on time AS PROMISED.
