I placed an order on 11/30 for a pair of AirPods for Christmas. The website still shows order is being processed. I have emailed them 4 times and have yet to get a response back. Their website states fast friendly service yet you can speak to a person. I am now in the process of trying to find the gist somewhere else and hope I am able to get a refund back on the set I ordered here. I am very dissatisfied with this site. I do not recommend them to anyone!!!

I ordered AirPod pro 2nd gen on 12/5. I was notified that they didn’t ship it until 12/11. Shipping was supposed to be 5-7 days. I contacted them on 12/21 and did not receive a response. Looks like I will have to open a dispute with my Credit Card company.

I think this is a scam ive been waiting for my order for twelve days and they claim 5-7 shipping days Edit: I contacted them and still haven’t gotten a response back do not order from these people

I have emailed them 4 times now asking for a delivery date and tracking number with no reply! Very unsatisfied mama!!!! I just emailed them again asking for a full refund!! This is absolutely ridiculous!! I'm doubting all the positive reviews I read before placing this order!!!

I placed my order November 30th for a pair of air pods as a Christmas gift thinking that should be ample enough time to process and ship to me. Unfortunately, that's not the case I've had to email the company 4 times with only one response earlier in December notifying me my shipping label was created. Here we are 3 days before Christmas and there's no response from the company and only the lable has been created. My last email was last week asking for a refund but of course no response. The phone is no help at all no way to speak with a representative and good luck getting an email response with any concerns you may have. Hopefully, this gets the attention of the company and a representative can contact me because right now I'm feeling like I've been scammed.

These people are scammers. They don’t have a number to contact them about your order. Where is my order I want a refund.

Worst experience ever. No one communicates with you. There’s no way of contacting anybody. I was leery of purchasing off the website because it was not something I was familiar with, but when I read the reviews they were all good. I have yet to receive my products, they have taken my money and no one will get back to me. Would not recommend purchasing anything from this website unless you just wanna throw your money away.

I ordered on the 17th and it is now the 22nd. I have only received one text message in regards to this order. No email confirmation. The number is worthless so don’t bother calling it. I’ve tried texting and emailing both for a status on my order. No reply. When I log in to check the status it doesn’t show my email in the information provided and it has been stuck in processing mode for over four days now. I’m about to dispute the charge with my bank!
