I ordered airpods pro second generation grade A refurbished and checked out as a guest. At checkout, the website said they would be delivered by Christmas, so when I went to check on the status today (two days after Christmas), I found that I never even received a confirmation email or tracking number, yet they charged my card for the transaction. I have sent an email to their customer service with no response yet. It was a great deal, so I don't want my money back. I want the product I paid for immediately.

Still no response to countless emails.....still no change in shipping label being created and no product being sent to usps....thieves and criminals on this site.....every 24 hours I'm leaving a negative review and working hard to completely shut the business down

This company has been non-responsive to my request for full refund of a Apple AirPods Pro 2nd Generation purchased and was never shipped. After charging my account(not a pending hold as they claimed) all they did what to create a USPS pick up order so it looks like they are shipping. Nevertheless, I asked for a refund since item never shipped nor received. My card was charged on 12/14/2023, and it's now 12/27/2023, no one has yet to responded to my request for refund. The phone# they have just loops you around. This smell like scam. I will be going next to Trustpilot to file a claim as this business is not responding to several emails request for refund.

They are a sham! I ordered AirPods Dec 12/01/23. They took my money. I never received them . I sent 4 emails and never got a response. No one answers the phone. All I ever got is the same prerecorded messages. Crooks!!

This company has no way to contact anyone. I've sent atleast 2 emails with no response. I placed my order on th 15th says shipped on the 19th but post office tracking stills says waiting for item. I'm starting to think this was a scam. I hope not my daughter was really wanting some airpads and even later is better than never. Idk how to say anything good about my experience with this company

Total scam! I ordered and paid for an item from this website but never received it. I emailed them 4 separate times and never got a response. When I called the number listed every option either directed me to the “contact us” option on the website or it hung up on me. I finally had to resort to disputing the charge with my bank. Do Not Order from this website.

I ordered a PlayStation 5 a couple days ago, just to end up finding out this website is a scam. I tried contacting them via email and phone number but no answer. My order still says it is processing and I have never even recieved an email about it.

(Order reference: FYVUPWVXF) I placed an order for AirPods on December 8th and it has still not arrived. The shipping status has said USPS awaiting item since December 11th. It’s been four weeks since I placed my order with no updates. I got no response from customer service after sending an email.
