False advertising
My dear nurse friend is dying of cancer. She purchased a hinged wooden casket from this company. She received an empty wooden shipping container. Appears to be velcroed together, plywood. No resemblance of a casket. She contacted the company who sent a photo of the casket they would replace this shipping container with. To this date she has never received an actual casket. They did take her $900 though. There’s a special place in hell for these people.

First, she ordered a pine box casket, which is exactly what she recieved. It's not a real casket. It's a wood box! Second, it wasn't for her; it was for her husband (at least that is what we were told). Third, the funeral home sent us fake pictures of the casket saying it was damaged. It wasn't even our casket! *This is some of the typical nonsense we deal with when it comes to scummy funeral home owners (guess who eventually got the sale?). And finally, she did get her money back, because she did a chargeback on us. On top of that, they kept the casket! I've been doing customer service online for 20 years for many different online stores, and she was by far the worst customer we ever dealt with, and that is saying a lot. We understand that people are going through a difficult time and we always take that into consideration, but this was straight fraud. I find it hard to believe you would even write a bad review about this!
