Pedro, all of the shipping documentation indicates that your item was delivered to a verified address that you provided @ 5:33PM on your front porch 4 days after your order. Conversations with your local post master also indicate that is was delivered. As discussed on the phone, our staff can assist you in filling a claim with USPS however this process must be initiated by you. If you believe your mail was stolen, report it immediately by submitting an online complaint at postalinspectors.uspis.gov or calling us at 877-876-2455.

Ordered an air dog. Didn’t come with the standard blue hose that they usually come with and got some cheap black hose instead. No hose clamps for the hoses. the T for the return Line to the tank had a crack that I had to weld up. And the pump had no mounting bracket to mount it on the truck. Not sure if it’s them or air dog at fault but I will not order from them again nor will I buy another air dog product.
