Love there products but ordered a hoody that showed in stock, they collected payment and then a couple days later called to tell me it was out of stock and could take 48 hours to issue me a refund.

Still waiting on product, paid for 2 days shipping and going on day 6

Parts were backordered and cancelled but staff advised me right away, thank you.

I ordered this item online. Showed it would be sent FedEx ground which would have taken 3 days. Tracking at first said one week. Called customer service and talked to Heather who said tracking was wrong and would get back with me. Never heard back from her. Turns out FedEx has a program called smartpost , which transfers package to the USPS. Package arrived in 5 days. Disappointed because I was on a deadline to get vehicle running. I will stay with my reliable vendors in the future. This company is not open on weekends.

Great product...just know that it's not compatible if you have a b&w turnover gooseneck hitch. You have to take the side chassis plates off to use this product.

I wish you gave me new bolts to put the Y bridge and hard to put the white bridge in because it was so big but good product needed a 3 inch to a 2 inch rubber Booto hook up to my other pipe

great service, another great product! Three star rating is for the PITA sourcing the hard ware to mount engine with rear plate in place. Needed longer, 80mm, 12mx1.75 bolts and 12mmx25mm spacers to mount. I know description clearly states that engine hardware is not included, but maybe add it as an option?!
