The gaskets I order arrived folded and tore up do to poor packaging. I waited a week for them to arrive and needed to get truck up and going so I went to dealership to get new ones.

You really need to revise your shipping! over $19.00 to ship something that could be sent in an envelope for $.25?

Service from DHD was good. It was the unexpected $78.00 on the item that was chaged from UPS. Find another way to ship before you purchase. I tried to buy this item from a supposed Exergy dealer in Ontario but they said they were not allowed to sell this as though they thought it had something to do with eliminating the factory emissions. Not sure what their deal is
