Oxford location continued to charge me for 4 months for an unlimited car wash plan after it was canceled. They agreed to send me a refund but 3 months later no response. They do not return phone calls well. Update 6/3/26. After several more attempts, no returned phone calls, no refunds. A very poorly managed business!
