I have had nothing but great experiences with all the agents I have spoke with since day one thank you for all you have done!

I spoke with Jessi (employee #1282) today.l She is employed with Ohio Unemployment. I have never had a nicer experience with an employee. She listened patiently and helped me immensely with my problem. Everyone should take a lesson from her on how to deal with people, especially elderly, to make them feel important and comfortable.

I spoke to Monica P. She works for Job and Family Services...(Ohio Unemployment compensation department) Monica did a great job she informed me that the new program MEUC is available she answer questions regarding this new program that is being implemented to those who qualify. She has a very good attitude and it was very helpful and I would appreciate that Monica gets recognized for her professional attitude and the way she handled the call. She is very thorough and she put my mind at ease regarding the unemployment so thank you Monica as well as the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services unemployment compensation. Keep up the great work thank you very much for giving me the opportunity to let you know about the quality people you have working there! The management of Ohio Unemployment compensation has many helpful enthusiastic and goes without saying integrity!!! Monica as well as anybody that I've ever talked to was helpful but she was definitely a people person with great social skills I have talked to some people that you can tell on their voice they don't want to be bothered but please make sure you extend gratitude to the employees and please do something special for these exceptional people thank you all and have a blessed day!!!

After receiving an E-Mail from Ohio unemployment services.com I tried 3times in as many days to find out why I could not log on to the site to check the status of my claim. Miss Marsha U. with her patience, perseverance, and dedicated research was able to locate the reason and relieve me of my anxiety and corrected the problem. Thank GOD for loyal employees such as her. Hello I tried three times putting in answering the questions and explanations on unemployment page. I kept getting the error 404. I ended up calling in and a lady named Dana Rowe taking my call. i explained to her what happened and she entered everything for me and went out of her way helping me. i really was surprised how patient and helpful she was. She definitely should be a trainer or supervisor. She was excellent. Thank you so much.

I'm writing to let anyone who needs to know what a great and helpful employee works at the ODJFS. His name is Paul, employee ID #1398. My case became an entangled issue. After trying for weeks to get through to a human being to try to straighten it all out, I waited for 1 1/2 hours, determined to get to an operator. Paul answered the phone and I could not believe the enthusiasm to solve my situation. We were on the phone together for another 1 1/2 hours! He could not have been more diligent if he tried! Just an outstanding effort to cut through my issues and finally get the ball rolling on my claim. Thank you Paul!! You are a credit to your peers!!!!

I want to share with you an exceptional phone experience I had with a person named Latreeva, who responded to a phone call made to the Ohio bureau of unemployment. These are difficult times for all of us due to the pandemic and the high unemployment effecting so many people. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient and a very pleasant person to interact with. How refreshing it is to speak with such a friendly person who herself may be dealing with stress of her own. In closing, this is the type of person who will give "customer service" a great name.
