I purchased a heatpump dryer. It went faulty. Got a swap. Then the swapped one died. Again a swap only paid extra $100 on top of warranty to upgrade to newer model. And today the drum won't spin. 3 midea dryers in a year and a half. And the better new model is now faulty. For the 5th time I will have to call up again. Soooo over it.

I ordered a K40 antenna it was defective wouldn't twist off. I had to pay to send it back. Direct Depot sent a second one with the same defect wouldn't twist off. I have to send that one back. so I'm out 22.00 for shipping and after a month still don't have a antenna. Oh by the way they never answer there phone. You would think after the first one being deflective someone would have checked the 2nd one, But no!
