After 8 days from placing my order and…
After 8 days from placing my order and my several email and phone call inquires about when my order would ship, out of nowhere I received a Text message that a refund was issued. NO expanation. Then I received this email a few minutes later: "This is the first email we have received. I will refund you right away. We are sorry about your wait. We are running about a week behind". That was not the only email I sent plus I called and left a message. Again no explanation as to why the Album did not or could not ship. They never replied to my follow up email asking what happened. I'm very disappointed as this purchase was a speical gift for someone. Then I get this rude response: “Yes it’s still available? Why would you write something like that on trusted site! I did communicate with you. Good Luck” To which I replied: With all due respect you did not communicate that. The only communication I received was that I was issued a refund. I said I still wanted it in my reply to you which you did not respond to until now Why was a refund issued instead of shipping it? Then their last reply: “ My staff must of thought you were going to file a chargeback and they did indicated we are about a week behind. So with your 7 days wait time and an additional week they refunded it. Good luck” I checked their website and guess what the specific Album I ordered is no longer there, other versions but not the Limited Color Vinyl version they had originally listed for sale. How convenient! I'll never do business with them again and I'll make sure my friends who are advid audio enthusiasts will not as well
