They didn’t have exactly what I wanted but responded quickly to email questions so I could move on to other options. Website payment section was a bit glitchy (on iPhone) but it did take coupon and charged correct amount in the end. Shipping time was reasonable.

My exterior low voltage lighting was not operating correctly. I contacted Diodedrive.com and opened a chat for support. They quickly help me diagnose that my low voltage transformer was not operating correctly and needed to be replaced. I immediately ordered a new low voltage "dimmable" transformer to replace my non-functioning transformer and my lightning is now operating correctly and is able to be dimmed as well. My outdoor low voltage lights are now working perfectly again. Got service and got product that met my needs application.
