Confusing
Words were spoken and written, but with no translation to our native language. User has to interpret what is meant by the graphics. No speaking/writing component, just point/click on options. My child found it confusing and frustrating. Cancelled same day.

Expensive but not very effective
For the price which is pretty high, not a very good learning (Japanese).
