Hard to find contact details to ask a…
Hard to find contact details to ask a question about the program. When I did find it they did reply quickly. There is no speaking component in the course (like DuoLingo for example) and that is a very important component for us. My kids already understand Dutch as I speak to them in Dutch but they reply in English. A language course without a speaking element is an incomplete course. My kids 10 and 8 found the content too childish and repetitive, even when switching to the 11+ content, which has same pre-school animal pictures as the younger version. There isn't a way to adjust the level, like Reading Eggs have an entry test so the program sets to their level before starting. I feel Dinolingo is more suitable for pre-school & prep kids.

The videos where they introduced the…
The videos where they introduce the new words are too long. The kids are impatient with them.

We understand that older children might find longer videos tedious, and that's perfectly normal. To accommodate this, we've included a feature that allows you to eliminate videos altogether for older children. As we have a significant number of customers with younger kids, they often request longer videos, some even suggesting durations of one hour or more. We're constantly striving to strike the right balance between engaging content and appropriate durations to meet the diverse needs of our audience. More games, less other things
The only feature that my 9 years old enjoys and uses is the games. I wish there were more games for my kid to learn with. The song is long and boring (according to my kid).

No thanks.
The idea is good. I installed Slovak for my son to practice, but the words are read by non-native speaker. I would expect good pronounciation for $15 a month. All I got was weird computer voice, I cancelled the subscription and uninstalled the app right away. I mean, anyone from Slovakia would like a job to record their voice.

Wasn’t a fan
Wasn’t a fan. My older kids (10, 11) were bored, the games were pretty basic and didn’t teach very much. We’re going to do a more “adult” one.

The app fails to load from time to time…
The app fails to load from time to time and you need to delete it and reinstall it which is super annoying. They also stopped with the videos and songs after only a few lessons. The kids really enjoyed them and I was able to keep them focused longer when they mixed in videos. The coins have no value or purpose so the kids see how much coins they have but cannot use them to buy stickers or anything kids like. The dinos page sometimes doesn't load the dinos or is super slow because it cannot handle all the moving GIFs of the dinosaurs. Needs a lot of improvement.

Not impressed. Going to cancel
Every time I open the website I get a notification that there are some minor errors that will be rectified in the next few weeks. I have seen this come up over the last 6 months. There are often glitches where the screen freezes and I can't hear any volume. Not enough focus on conversational language.
