Originally set up fine with 2 cars but didn’t then register any use. Also totally dropped my registration and that of the 2 cars and asked me to start again from scratch.

Was doing well with project until my wallet was compromised and all tokens removed to the tune of $9000. Company was not helpful at all I’m out all the proceeds and they made me return my units replaced with new ones and would not reinstate my current streak and level. So now I’m broke and had to start over. It’s ashame that no one can assist when token removal didn’t even show in MetaMask the required wallet at the time per Dimo.

I bought my DIMO and it stalled fine. The problem is not quite knowing what's next. A email series or website with instructions and overview of options would be great.

I have a DIMO but have been hesitant to hook up to my 2023 Dodge Ram 1500. The reason is that the truck is left for long periods (weeks) in the summer without use. On the DIMO website, it highlighted the device may have problems with power usage in the 1500. I fear if the device is pulling power when the truck is turned off then it will drain the battery.

I don't like the app. I can't tell if I'm even earning rewards anymore. Seems like the focus is on showing car data and advertising vs mining.

Was promised $DIMO compensation for pre-ordering. During my purchase it never said there is an expiration date on this. When I finally was able to get a car that supports DIMO apparently the deal expired and I didn’t get anything. On top of that Dimo devices are much cheaper now so that makes it even worse. Being punished for pre-ordering. The app itself works fine but I am waiting for more features. As of now I can only see the battery state and check engine error codes. Even something as simple as an explanation of error codes does not work yet.
