Great people! The Petty Details team took the time to understand what we needed and then explain their services and what actions to take. They took the time to email us and speak to us over the phone several times to make sure we were okay with everything we were doing. Upon their recommendation, and with their help, we moved forward on our own and received exactly what we hoped for with our claim. My wife and I are the type of people that take fault for everything, even when it is not our fault, at all. This accident was not our fault. Filing a claim and "going after" the insurance company did not make us feel good. I can’t thank Justin and Jen Petty enough! They helped me navigate a very difficult case with a rental car insurance company. I was hit by an uninsured driver in a rental car and the experience with the insurance company was so awful. I hired Petty Details after my case had drug on for 3 months with no end in sight. The insurance company wanted to only give me $10,000 (including all fees that had accumulated) for a 2018 Jeep Wrangler and I would have to keep my car and deal with the salvage title myself since the insurance company didn’t deal with things like that. Dealing with a first time total loss with our insurance company was proving to be difficult, frustrating, and down right irritating. We had just bought a car for my daughter and in less than two weeks a hog ran out in front of her. We went from thinking it would be ok and get fixed, to getting a call that it was a total loss and we need you to do this and that quickly, etc etc. I was feeling rushed to make decisions before I even knew what was really going on.
